Rhyme Cut Core & Dope Syndicate - Live
After winning several local DJ battles DJ Grazzhoppa became European DMC Champion in 1991. In the late 1980's he formed Rhyme Cut Core with rapper TLP. Through a chance meeting in a Soho record shop in London, DJ Grazzhoppa met Blade, who released 'Raw Break' on his 691 Influential label. DJ Grazzhoppa then went onto DJ on Blade's 'They Aint S*** To Me' track, the B-Side to the limited 'Clear The Way' piece of white vinyl. To date, DJ Grazzhoppa has produced nine tracks with Blade. Later on the group were joined by Dennis Wurl (Jamaica) and Showbiz (UK) for live shows. Around 1997, due to musical differences, Rhyme Cut Core split up, DJ Grazzhoppa is still DJing/producing and TLP is now an R'n'B DJ.
